If you’ve made a resolution to increase productivity in 2013, getting organized can be the first important step. For the next few days, we’ll be presenting tips to get any size workspace in tip-top shape.

“One of the best methods to implement is to have all your ‘files’ match. Example: If you have a file cabinet, the folders inside should follow the same formula as the folders in your computer. My Google Drive folders match my computer folders, which match my file cabinet folders, which also match my browser bookmark folders. This way, no matter which computer I’m on, I know exactly where to look for something. This can also apply to phones, tablets etc.” – Jennifer Goodwin, CEO, Internet Girl Friday
